How do I clean my lick mat?
Our Lick Mat is dishwasher safe. Handwashing is also suitable.
What is a lick mat?
A Lick Mat is designed to help calm and soothe your pet. This is because, when your pet licks the food off the mat, it releases a chemical called dopamine. Dopamine gives your pet feelings of pleasure, satisfaction, and motivation.
Can I freeze my lick mat?
Absolutely! Freezing your lick mat after spreading your pet's favourite foods will help keep your pet cool and entertained on a hot day.
Snuffle Balls
How do I clean my snuffle ball?
Our Snuffle Ball is washing machine safe.
What's the difference between a snuffle ball and a snuffle mat?
The Snuffle Mat is ideal for pets that are beginning their snuffling journey. The Mat doesn’t move around, so great for pets that need to rest – if they have recently had surgery, have arthritis or are on bed rest. Also ideal for flat-faced breeds.
The Snuffle Ball is for more advanced snufflers that love a challenge. The Ball does move around, so great for pets that need to get up and exercise. Particularly great for ‘working breed’ dogs, such as Kelpies, Border Collies, and blue/red Heelers.

Are your bowls dishwasher safe?
Our bowls are dishwasher safe. Handwashing is also suitable.
Can I use a lick mat and bowl together?
Yes, our Lick Mat and Slow Feeding Inserts have been designed to fit perfectly in the bowl.
Are your slow feeder bowls freezer safe?
Our bowls are freezer, dishwasher and microwave safe.
Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
What is the shipping policy?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.
Please allow 5-10 business days for your order to be dispatched.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.
What is your refund policy?
We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
In the event that a product which you ordered is damaged during delivery:
a) Please contact us as soon as possible.
b) Any damaged product must be returned in the condition it was in when you received it, together with any packaging and other items which you received with the damaged product.
c) As per Australian Consumer Law we will organise to collect it and replace it with an equivalent product, or to provide a refund, provided that you contact us within the following time from the date you received the product: 14 days
