Which product should I start with?
If you’re new to enrichment, we recommend starting with the Starter Enrichment Combo. It includes our bowl, Slow Feeding Insert, and Lick Mat Insert, giving you multiple ways to use enrichment throughout the day.
What is the difference between the Slow Feeding Insert and the Lick Mat Insert?
The Slow Feeding Insert is designed to slow down meals and make your pet work for their food. The Lick Mat Insert is designed for spreadable foods and calming enrichment through licking.
Do I need the bowl to use the inserts?
The Slow Feeding Insert is designed to be used with our bowl, but can be used on its own. The Lick Mat Insert can be used on its own, but works best inside our bowl to help stop pets carrying it around the house.
Are your products suitable for all dogs?
Our bowl and inserts are best suited to medium, large, and extra-large dogs, although some smaller pets may still enjoy them. Our Snuffle Ball is suitable for dogs of all sizes.
Are your products suitable for cats?
Yes, cats LOVE enrichment too. The Lick Mat Insert and Snuffle Ball are the most cat-friendly options. The bowl and Slow Feeding Insert may be too large for some cats.
Are the products easy to clean?
Yes. The bowl, Slow Feeding Insert, and Lick Mat Insert are dishwasher safe. The Snuffle Ball is machine washable and dryer safe.
